Wonderful Hotel Experience

I appreciated the hotel's warm hospitality upon arrival. A refreshing lemonade was a lovely touch after a long day. The rooms feature a modern design, are spacious, and benefit from daily cleaning. I found the breakfast catered well to all guests with a diverse selection of items. There were always enough sun loungers available by the pool, so I never needed to rush to reserve a spot.
The sound insulation between rooms was not ideal. Music and voices from neighboring rooms sometimes disturbed my sleep.

The hotel's cuisine is a standout feature. A diverse breakfast selection ensures there is something for every taste. The chef prepared gluten-free options on request. The meals were tasty. I could enjoy my holiday without worrying about dietary restrictions.

the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
I found the room cleaning inconsistent. One day the cups were left uncleaned and not replaced. i had to call the reception and go downstairs to sort it out, inconvenient. also, there was an issue with the european-style electrical outlets. The hotel could benefit from having them.

i found the hotel to be clean (everything sparkled!). the pool area had plenty of comfortable sunbeds. i got a voucher for lunch since i had half board, this gave me some flexibility. drinks were easy to order, with staff coming right to the pool.
The sound system wasn't the best. I could sometimes hear music from other rooms at night.

breakfast offered a wide array of options. the hotel's restaurant served delicious food, i especially liked the fresh salads. the dinner buffet had different items each night, giving good variety.

the pool was lovely and super clean. there were lots of comfy sunbeds available around the pool. the location is a short walk to the beach (nissi beach is really close!).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. check-in was efficient. They even made sure i got dinner before the restaurant closed. the staff at the restaurant and pool bar provided excellent service (always smiling!).
